How to update your profile information

As an MPC member, you can update you profile information at any time.

Follow these steps:

Step 1

Log into your profile on the MPC platform.

To do so:

Click on the Menu bar (3 stripes) on the top left-hand side.

Step 3

Click on Profile on the left-hand menu.

Step 4

You will be able to add, update or remove any information from your profile by clicking on the various tabs options available that include:

  • My Personal Info
  • My Addresses
  • My Contact Details
  • My Identifications
  • My Associations
  • My Professional Information - To view a guide on how to update your professional information click here.
  • Change Password
  • User Logins - Credentials used to log into your profile. To view a guide on how to update your login details click here.
  • User Account Status

Step 5

Select the respective information that you which to update and click on the Edit, Add, Update or Remove buttons as available on each page.

Step 6

Once you have updated, added, or removed information on your profile, you would need to click on the Save button to store the necessary change(s) in information.
