Yes. You need to reset your password when you access your profile on the updated MPC platform.

Your username (email address) will remain unchanged.

You need to reset your password as it is confidential information within your existing MPC profile which we cannot transfer to the new platform.

No. The 'FIND MY CERTIFICATE' functionality has been removed in line with the latest HPCSA Legislation updates (February 2022). Event providers must submit the CPD records directly to the HPCSA.

Event providers utilizing the MPC Event Management Solution to manage the CPD Compliance of their medical events and workshops will benefit from the system's ability of automatically submitting the CPD records to the HPCSA.

Yes. All of your existing CPD certificates have been migrated to your MPC profile and are available for you to access.

You can access your certificates once logged into your MPC profile. Your certificates will be available on the Dashboard within the CPD Certificates section or accessible via the Certificates tab on the side-menu.

No. The latest HPCSA Legislation update (February 2022) dictates that you as healthcare professional do not have to prepare and submit your IAR Report anymore and states that the responsibility of submitting the CPD points for activities completed to the HPCSA has moved to the service provider.

As a value-add to our service providers, the MPC system automatically submits these CPD records to the HPCSA on a weekly basis to be uploaded onto the HPCSA Portal.

Yes. You can update your professional information linked to a governing body or council when logged into your MPC profile.

  • If you don't receive the automated emails sent out by the MPC platform, you need to do the following:
    • 1. Check your Spam of Junk folder as your email browser might flag the emails as spam.
    • 2. If you are using a corporate email address, check with your IT Department if the company security settings are not blocking the MPC platform emails.
    • 3. Contact our Support Team for assistance at support@ps.studio or our online support channels.
